We conducted our Project Kickoff for the Oracle ERP implementation last evening from Noida and it was attended by over 30 team members representing teams from 3 continents. Many were dialed-in from Ukraine and the US and the Oracle Project Managers; Sanjeev Agarwal, Umesh Thakur and Michael Loktionov walked folks through a presentation of the scope, schedule and planned activities for the implementation. There was clear excitement and high expectations as we all reviewed the process improvement opportunities ahead . . .
